Carl was SUPER. I can’t recommend him enough. I had a flooded basement and was frantically trying to find a plumber, and he came within an hour (conveniently, he lives up my street). Over the last few months he has fixed that issue, as well as help me install a vanity upstairs. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient with his apprentice, explained everything he was doing so I had a full understanding of the issue so I could help avoid another flood in the future (fingers crossed this is my one and done flood). Two huge thumbs up. Oh- very fair pricing as well!

I would call on Trade Inspected again. Our project gave them a few issues and they would explain everything to us before proceeding. Our items took more than one day and each day they would make sure everything was clean before leaving. Sunday afternoon on Thanksgiving weekend wasn’t when I expected the single toilet in my guest house to overflow, but it did. Carl was there in under two hours, snaked and cut the roots that clogged the line to the septic tank and we were back in business and smelling like roses in under two hours. I think he even made it home in enough time to clean up for his turkey dinner without being late himself. Much appreciated.

you need a plumber then Carl Rossi is your man we have hired Carl for 4 jobs in the last 16 months. our last project was turning a small bedroom on the main floor of our house into a fully functional laundry room. my husband and I can no longer go up and down stairs and this a decision was a great improvement. I needed my dishwasher installed and was given Carl’s name by a neighbour.
