I am extremely satisfied with Carl Rossi in what he did for me, how fast he responded and confirmed my satisfaction! Never have I experienced this from a supplier. I am a retired veteran which experienced my sewage backup. He followed up after he contacted the city which came & ran the line for gas confirmation. The city line cleared my sewer. What did Carl charge me, nothing! How many plumbers would have charged the customer?
Afterwards he contacted me, following up stating, you are welcome, Sir! Any additional issues, pls call me.
